Families Worshipping Together

Parents and Children Together

Family-Integrated Worship

At Pilgrim, children remain with their parents during the service. We believe families grow best when parents lead their children’s spiritual instruction by worshiping alongside them.

This approach may feel different if you’re used to age-separated programs. We practice it because we believe discipleship begins in the home and is strengthened through the weekly gathering of God’s people.

Discipleship begins in the home and is strengthened through the weekly gathering of God’s people — not separated from it.

Mother’s Room

We provide a Mother’s Room located downstairs where parents can attend to young children or nurse infants while still hearing the service. Parents are welcome to use this space and slip in and out as needed.

A Note on Children’s Programs

We do not operate a staffed nursery or offer age-segregated children’s programs. Parents retain full responsibility for their children’s care during services.

What Happens During the Service

How the Service Unfolds

Honest Clarity

Is Pilgrim the Right Fit?

Pilgrim Baptist is for those who want to grow through careful teaching of the Bible over time — especially families willing to be taught, challenged, and shaped gradually by Scripture.

A Good Fit If You’re Seeking…
  • Deep, verse-by-verse Bible teaching
  • A long-term path of spiritual growth
  • Family discipleship rooted in Scripture
  • Doctrinal clarity in a changing world
  • A church family, not just a Sunday crowd
May Not Be the Right Fit If…
  • You’re looking for entertainment
  • You want shortcuts to spiritual maturity
  • Minimal commitment is the goal
  • You expect Scripture to validate your opinions

Our aim is not to attract everyone, but to be faithful to what we believe God has called us to be.

Your Next Step

Just come.

If you’re visiting for the first time, your next step is simple: attend a service, enjoy the fellowship, and take time to understand how we teach, what we believe, and how families are discipled here.

You’ll be warmly greeted and there’s no pressure for immediate involvement. Clarity and conviction grow over time.

We look forward to welcoming you and your family.
