Our Statement of Faith

This statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our faith. The Authorized King James Bible, itself, is the sole and final source of all that we believe, as the scripture alone is sufficient. However, we do believe, that this statement of faith accurately represents the teachings of the King James Bible and, therefore, is binding upon all members, and church leaders. All literature, whether printed or electronic, used in the church shall be in complete agreement with our statement of faith. All activities permitted or performed in any facilities owned, rented, or leased by this church, or engaged in by any member of the church staff (volunteer or paid), and all decisions of the administration of this church shall not conflict with our statement of faith.

NAME AND PURPOSE

Pilgrim Baptist is a CHURCH that exists to unashamedly proclaim the saving gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ BY grace alone, THROUGH faith alone. Our purpose is to establish worship to the one, true, living God, the Lord Jesus Christ, and to educate believers that the scriptures are our sole authority. We also purpose to maintain missionary activities in the United States and around the world.
